How to make a horizontal scrolling in scrollTrigger

Okay I don't know if this is the basic problem you know guys or not. But when I try to implement this in my ReactJS it doesn't work..May I know some procedure of this code works please? Cause I already try with different style but still doesn't working.

Anyway here is my try demo. Need help please.

In the try demo Codesandbox. There is no implementation it is just react basic structure. I will suggest you share your trial with the problems so that we will understand why it is not working.
