GreenSock
I'm not sure I'm visualizing it the way you intended, but that would likely require pinning each element for only the distance to have the lower tab animate to the bottom of the viewport, then unpin it and allow normal scrolling while also animating the lower tab(s) down at the same speed, and so on. It doesn't seem like a trivial thing to me. Doable? Very likely. Simple? Nope. Feel free to post in the "Jobs & Freelance" forum if you'd like to hire someone to help, or contact us directly if you need paid assistance from us. Good luck!

GreenSock
We love helping with GSAP-related questions, but unfortunately we just don't have the resources to provide free general consulting, logic troubleshooting, or "how do I recreate this cool effect I saw on another site?" tutorials. Of course anyone else is welcome to post an answer if they'd like - we just want to manage expectations. Like I said, you can post in the "Jobs & Freelance" forum for paid consulting, or contact us directly.
