I use TweenMax and call to onComplete, the call work, but when i get the this, i dont get my "class", how can i get this?

You can also define the scope in your vars.

TweenMax.to(element, 1, {
  onComplete: onComplete,
  onCompleteParams: ["{self}"],
  onCompleteScope: myScope

function onComplete(myTween) {
  // myTween == tween instance
  // this == your scope
