how can we repeat animation for 2 seconds after every 10 second?

i want to repeat animation after 10 second 

duraion of animation should be 2 second

I'd use a function that calls two tweens repeatedly. I'm sure there's a more elegant way to do it, but this will work:

function doit(){
    TweenMax.to(element, 2, {
        startAt:{
            left:0
        },
        left:200
});
    TweenMax.delayedCall(10, doit);
}
doit();
