  1. Quick question - if it possible to add sound effects to a GSAP timeline?
  2. Hello, I need to make a slideshow that is part of a larger animation. The images need to fade in-out, move and scale in parallel. I achieved that effect, but my problem is that I can't repeat the cycle using the same motions, the transition from the last image to the first is abrupt. Any suggestions? EDIT: I searched the forum, and found some solutions with TweenMax, (http://greensock.com/forums/topic/8174-how-do-i-make-a-seamlessly-cycling-slideshow/?hl=timelinemax+slideshow) but I don't know if the moving and scaling effects are possible using those.   3. Hello everyone, I am currently creating a page that uses the GreenSock animation library to trigger animations as a user scrolls down the page. The interesting kink in this is that I need to swap out timelines I have created for the sake of responsive design (ie the animation graphics change to less complex ones when the page gets smaller.)   5. Hey guys! I´m having a little distortion in my mainScene when i add repeat:-1 to its timeline. When repeat:-1 is added to the mainScene timeline the animation changes, in particular the "thirdsetScene".   6. Hi This is part of a bigger animated timeline but I just put the part where am stuck. I'm stuck on how to reverse and play a timeline based on a mouseover event because they keep stacking on top of each other. As per the codepen example: The 'Main Title' staggers in, staggers out and the first div loads (expertise01). If you hover over any of the 'Sub - Titles', it reverses the timeline on the currently loaded div and plays the requested div. Note on mouseout, I'm hoping to have the div stay in place until another mouseover event occurs. Appreciate the help.

  8. Greetings. First of all i'm really sorry if it's a so much newbie question; i was searching forum and other sources -maybe with wrong keywords - but i couldn't find a proper solution. Thanks in advance for all your help. I'm using Flash CC to create a html export. I've a mc in canvas and inside of that mc there's a simple timeline animation done with flash. Dear All, First let me thank you for any help you can provide and let me explain what the situation is like: I have a number of elements/symbols/bitmaps that I set up on my flash stage (there can be as many as 30 elements) I place the first 5 on stage one under another and the rest outside the stage, on top, so I create the rolling effect.   10. Hello I have a simple timeline set up with 6 steps, no nested timeline or anything, and each step has a label. At the moment I can tween to and from labels (while watching the animation play out in either direction) by using tweenFromTo. The problem with that is some steps are quite long, and I'd like to go from one step to another in a defined duration. Is this possible? For example, can I tweenFromTo label1 to label3 within X amount of seconds?   19. Started using GSAP a few weeks ago and I'm loving it. So easy to make amazing animations. So I have an animation for the main page of my website, but for some strange reason, part of it is running backwards in Safari. It starts with a strokeDashOffset animation for the outline, the fades in the fill by raising the fillOpacity. It runs wonderfully on Chrome, but somehow, the first part of the animation runs backwards in Safari. The strokeOffset starts at 0 (i.e. the outline is present), then slides out, and THEN the fill fades in. So only part of the animation runs backwards, not the whole thin

  21. Hi, I am trying to create an accordion menu using Greensock. Alot of the code I have used comes from this section of the forum. http://greensock.com/forums/topic/9110-accordion-menu-with-gsap/ Two things different that I am trying achieve are: Making 'one' open on page load.   22. I've given up and trying to figure this out by myself. Mostly because I want to get this animation finished. I am trying to line up the tweens 'line' and 'text' for the codeCatch timeline of the Master timeline. I want it to look like the text is attached to the end of the fishing line. It's almost there but I'm at a loss at how to fix this on my own. The animation of the 'line' and the 'text' was aligned until I started animating the rotation properties in the earlier timelines.
  23. Hi there, I am attempting to restart the #counter in this codepen example once the timeline has finished playing. Ideally i would like to trigger the restart (20 secs) from the timeline.   24. Basically I have a TimelineMax that is populated by some TweenMax. TimelineMax might be triggered multiple times by TimelineMax.restart(). On event window.resize() some vars of TweenMax are updated by TweenMax.updateTo(). All works fine when TimelineMax has not been started.   25. I'm working on a digital signage system's content editor interface, which produces HTML5 pages. I've recently replaced the animation engine of these generated pages from pure CSS3 to GSAP and I'm experiencing some cases when the content animation has strong lag and freezes on our android devices, while on Windows/latest Chrome it runs well. I also tested some GSAP codepen demos on the android devices, and those run well, so I think I'm doing something wrong here, and would like to get some help.
