speed up a single movie clip animation

Is it possible to speed up a single frame by frame or motion tweened movie clip? I found a topic in the forum on how to slow down a movie clip but I don't know if it can be used to speed up an mc.

 

I have multiple animated movie clips and I want to edit the speed of the animations by tweenlite or tweenmax. Is this possible? The animations are frame by frame and motion tweened.

The FramePlugin allows you to tween to any frame of a movie clip.
