Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to export/import tweens in JSON format?

There isn't anything baked into the engine itself for that, no, but you could certainly create that yourself. You'd just need to build a basic parser that gets/sets various properties. GSAP gives you access to all the info you need as far as I can tell.
