Minimum requirements for animations on mobile devices (multiple)

I have read a lot; searched this forum and have some ideas.

But, CSS attribute animations - height, width, top, left, opacity, ...

what is the minimum "code" required?

Not really clear what you are asking.

Are you asking about how many and which GSAP files needed to be loaded?

 

If so, you just need to load

 

TweenLite.min.js AND CSSPlugin.min.js

<script src="http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/gsap/1.11.4/TweenLite.min.js"></script>

 

and if you need easing (optional)

Or do you need something about the actual code you would write to animate something?
