Zero duration tweens have no 'onUpdate'

Warning: Please note

This thread was started before GSAP 3 was released. Some information, especially the syntax, may be out of date for GSAP 3. Please see the GSAP 3 migration guide and release notes for more information about how to update the code to GSAP 3's syntax.

Just wanted to double check that this was an intended behaviour

See the Pen damGA by jamiejefferson (@jamiejefferson) on CodePen

// foo is never called, even though target.value is set to 100
TweenLite.to(target, 0, { value:100, onUpdate:foo });

It's an edge case I've only ever encountered once (duration is variable, and sometimes I'd like to set it to 0 for instant changes). It's a bit of a fiddly one, but very simple to workaround for me though, so I'm not really asking for changes to accommodate it (unless there's supposed to be an update event here).

Excellent point, Jamie. I think the onUpdate should fire too. Please see the attached preview of 1.11.3 with that in place.

Wow quick turnaround. Cheers Jack, seems good to me!
