Pause at the end of a timeline

Hi, I am trying to create a timeline that contains an ending pause of x seconds: now I can add a delay between tweens, a delay before a specific tween, but... how do I set a delay before onComplete is triggered? I could add a dummy tween at the end of the timeline, with a delay, but it look ugly to me.

Am I missing the specific trick?
