Is there a no code writing GUI for the tweening?

Warning: Please note

This thread was started before GSAP 3 was released. Some information, especially the syntax, may be out of date for GSAP 3. Please see the GSAP 3 migration guide and release notes for more information about how to update the code to GSAP 3's syntax.

Been writing code since 1977, but know nothing of javascript and NEED to create some clever intro "Splash Screen" client-side ... and don't want to do it with raw code. Was hoping there was a GUI that would make writing the code easier ... but cannot find it on this site. GreenSock looks like what we need, but is there a GUI ... or must all code be written the old-fashioned way: change and test, change and test, change and test?
