Bullet proof JS timeline

Hello all. I need a bit of help. I am trying to create the bullet proof timeline in JS. The AS example can be found below. Can someone help me get this started. I have tried but I am having issues with being able to jump to certain areas of the timeline. Thanks.

I think this video is the best way to get started with TimelineLite in JS :)

In addition to the video, that everyone should look, I've created a simple codepen with a couple of samples:

There's no recipe for this kind of stuff, I believe that one of the key points is a subtle element's animation overlapping, to create the "keep it coming" effect.


Hopefully the codepen can serve as source for ideas.
