eddie
I tested out the loaderMax software but I wasn't able to continue using it because input text on the loaded swf couldn't seem to get focus. Everything else seemed to work as expected. Is this a bug or am I missing something? Apoligies if this was asked before but I couldn't find it while searching. Thank you
eddie
Well I rewrote the loader file because I forgot to save it and this time everything works. The only thing different I can tell is that I've included the requireWithRoot:this.root property.
eddie
false alarm. text input works in the flash ide but not once I upload the file to my web site. What could be the problem?
GreenSock
I've never heard of that kind of issue before, but I'm pretty confident that it has nothing to do with LoaderMax specifically. You could, of course, rule it out by using a simple Loader instead. If it works fine, it points to a LoaderMax-specific issue. Otherwise my guess is that you're running into a security error of some kind that is causing Flash to buckle down and limit communication between the swfs. Are you subloading across different domains? Do you have a crossdomain.xml file in place?
eddie
It looks like your right. The text input problem is something with my code. Unfortunately there's no error that I can find. I have no idea how to fix the problem. I guess I'll start ripping parts out and wait until the problem is gone. :/
