trying to replicate a hypnotic circle loop

Hi everyone I am trying to replicate this loop I saw here:https://eskimi-creatives.com/ads_collect/2019/hike/320x480/ with gsap but I'm running into 2 issues. the loop doesn't look like it's starting from the center. and I'm trying to get the last circle to fill the screen at the end of the animation. any advise will be appreciate thank you!

the link and the pen you've provided are completely different so not completely sure what you're after here.

The pen linked is using a very old version of GSAP too - I'd suggest starting with our getting started article. If you get to grips with tweens, timelines and the position parameter this should be nice and easy!
