Pin Spacer Height Issue in Horizontal Scroll

I need to reduce the pin spacing from Top And Bottom. Means I don't want full height for horizontal scroll. For more reference please see the attached screenhot.

This might not be the easiest thing to achieve via code. I would try creating the horizontal content, the elements before and after that in the same wrapper and pin that wrapper based on the position of the horizontal container. Something like this:
