Position absolute sections without scrub animation in gsap

The required flow of animation is --
1. First, it should show only section 1.
2. Then, on a little scroll (even 1px scroll), element 1 should animate to the top and once element 1 reaches the top, section 2 should fade in.
3. Then, on a little scroll (even 1px scroll), element 2 should animate to the right end and once element 2 reaches the right end, section 3 should fade in.
4. Then, on a little scroll (even 1px scroll), element 2 should animate to the left end and once element 2 reaches the left end, section 3 should fade in.

I can see I can achieve a similar effect when the scrub is true, but without the scrub, it is a bit difficult for me, Please help.

Based on your description, it sounds like Observer plugin might be a much better fit than ScrollTrigger. Here's a demo from the docs:
