Resume TimelineMax on external swf?

There is anyway to play/resume a TimeLineMax from an external swf?

 

I tried this, but Flash doesn't recognize mainTimeline as an object:

 

contentContainer.mainTimeline.play();

 

//and it returns this

You must just not be using the correct path or something (I'm not sure what your "contentContainer" refers to). And make sure you load the swf with the appropriate security settings to allow script access.
