Reval the div underneath with mousemove

Hey guys, I need something like this banner: https://www.superlist.com  Not the animations but the mouse move thing. How can I do that with gsap? Thank you!

Sure, it all seems very possible with enough custom code. I haven't really looked into it, but maybe plop one big <div> on top of the normal page content, and then use pointermove/mousemove events to affect the width, and have overflow: hidden on it.
