Refactor jQuery Scroll animation

Hello GSAP fam

I am optimising a Shopify store and need to refactor the scroll animation to JS in order to remove the jQuery dependancy.
I've made an attempt below (sorry in advance)
I don't have a good enough grasp on GSAP to make it function correctly.

I have overall windowHeight / frame height issues, as its pinning beyond the top of the viewport.

 

I can provide the original jQuery code to refactor.
