Scrollsmoother & Find on page

Hello,

Thank you for the wonderful plugin.

 

We are using Scrollsmoother on a site, and would love to be able to still use the "Find on page" functionality. (⌘+f and then ⌘+g) but we are unable to make it work. Any ideas?

@GreenSock Just checked and it's true. Page search doesn't work w/ ScrollSmoother (Firefox)

As far as I know, it's absolutely impossible. There's nothing we can do about that. There's no API to tap into. It's a black box. Every smooth scrolling library that uses transforms has exactly the same problem - it's not a ScrollSmoother issue.

That is kind of what we suspected, obviously after having tried to work it out ourselves, so I posted the question to make sure we were not missing something obvious, or that somebody had a working hack somewhere. Thanks for responding so quickly both of you!
