Hello, how to make Back to top with progress indicator like this:

i use locomotive scroll in html

 

I use it, but it not work : Back to top with progress indicator 2 (codepen.io)

That's an extremely inefficient way of doing it. Not only is that code much more CPU-intensive, you could drop jQuery altogether and shrink the code significantly by using DrawSVGPlugin (Club GreenSock membership benefit), ScrollTrigger, and ScrollToPlugin:
