I'm not sure what exactly it is you mean by duration and easing.

 

Since there is nothing being actually animated/tweened in this example, if you wanted to add either of the afore-mentioned, you would probably have to re-create that example so it uses a tween for the layering instead of it just natively scrolling - then you could.

 

Or you could add some overall smooth-scrolling to the whole page to give it a different feel - like with the brand new ScrollSmoother Plugin (for Shockingly Green and above Club-Members).
