MelissaR
Hi. I have some ads from a brand we represents' Adbuilder - these are HTML5 ads (but they are labelled Double Click) so i have downloaded the zipped files which then get uploaded to Google Ads. But i get this error - see image. I am just a designer and have no clue when it comes to HTML. Anyone know what i need to do to fix this ?
GreenSock
Hi @MelissaR. Welcome to the forums. These forums are for asking questions specific to GreenSock tools, sorry. Unfortunately we don't have the resources to troubleshoot general questions related to Google ads, etc. But definitely let us know if there are any GSAP-specific questions we can help with. 👍

GreenSock
That's a question for Google - I believe you need to use Google's CDN links, not the Cloudflare ones. See https://support.google.com/richmedia/answer/6307288?hl=en#gs

Cassie
I hope you got this sorted Melissa. I used to work on banner ads and they can be really tricky. Google updates how they handle them and what their rules are pretty regularly too. For a bit more clarity, we're a very small team here and we don't have any control over how Google handles their banner uploads. It's pretty safe to say that Google is a much bigger company than us! They have many more people working support and a lot more awareness over what would be causing upload errors on their platform. For future reference for you or anyone else coming to this thread - here's the google ads community. They'll have a clearer idea of how to fix your ads. https://support.google.com/google-ads/community?hl=en-GB If you're having any animation issues on the other hand - feel free to reach out to us here and we'll happily help.
