Is it possible to set different 'focus' points with timeline?

This is a question without code. I think about using GSAP to make a explanation timeline that shows where the user has to click. Is it possible to make some focus points and also possible when some points not in viewport but that the page auto scroll to the point?

I'm not sure I follow the question, but it kinda sounds like you'd want some labels and the ScrollTo Plugin.
