what gsap plugin this website use?

It use Highway for page transitions and old version of gsap (2.1.2) you can check it on inspector

There's a chrome extension that show's what version of GSAP that's being used. For this site it's v2.1.2: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/official-gsap-sniffer/dbcjaehchnikgdjjcehagpcikmlpjefh
 

It doesn't show specific GSAP plugins—like split-text, etc—that are being used. I'm not entirely sure what you are asking in your original question though: What part of the site are you wondering about specifically? I'm not seeing any real usage of GSAP-specific "plugins".

Sure, you can rewrite it with gsap 3, check migration guide 

 

The similar examples you can find by chosing filter by Technologies on awwwards site, chose Barba.js, GSAP Animation, Highway.js... filters
