Should I use Motionpath?

Hi, I'm considering purchasing a membership and utilizing the MotionPath plugin but I'm not sure if my case warrants it or not.

I'm not necessarily trying to animate this (see image) but the design I'm working on calls for the menu items to center along an arc/spline path.

Am I overthinking this or would MotionPath be a viable solution?

Well... I think Club membership is always warranted with so many time saving plugins. 

 

That being said, MotionPath is a free plugin -  no membership required. The MotionPath helper is a club plugin.

In answer to your question - yes MotionPath could assist you in placing those targets. There are other ways to make it work too, but MP could make your work a lot easier.
