Header Menu Lines Animation using GSAP

Dear team,

 

Thanks for ur solution given for my previous question in the forum. I'm coming up with another doubt which how can we achieve it.

In this on first scroll the header part menus are fading out and some lines are moving towards right one after another and displaying hamburger menu.

 

How they achieve it ?. we expecting exact animation using GSAP. if possible pls  post the solution.
