LiquidArea + SSP

Hi all,

 

Just started playing with LiquidStage and LiquidArea tools

 

After few initial and successful steps I came across a major obstacle...

 

If I create new LiquidArea and attach a movie to it which includes SSP (Slide Show Pro) things go rather wrong...

 

SSP basically doesn't scale nor position itself properly

 

Is there any tips & tricks for LiquidArea + SSP combo???

Hi I have worked with SPP if I'm correct SSP has a number of settings that control its scaling mode cropping. You might want to look into that first. Also can you be more specif on what issues your having?

In other words - I am having major issues using SSP together with LiquidArea / Stage since SSP neither scales nor position itself properly on the stage...

 

Perhaps I am doing something wrong :s

I've never used SSP so I can't speak to how it resizes itself or handles positioning, etc. Sounds like maybe a question that you should run past the SSP folks? LiquidStage doesn't do anything funky like disable other classes from working. The only thing it does that might affect other stuff is it sets the stage's scaleMode to NO_SCALE but I doubt that'd mess up SSP. I wish I could be of more assistance.
