Spring-like animation with gsap

I am trying to recreate this spring like wobbly menu animation from zenly. I cant seem to find an appropriate gsap plugin that can create such animation.

 

I do not have a codepen because I am stuck with coming up with a suitable gsap demo.  I want to know if this is possible with gsap and if it is, what I can do to recreate it. I would also appreciate a demo even if it is a starting point.
