Tweening Program? | Button Animation

Hi,

I wonder if there is a GSAP program like this where I can do animation like tweening instead coding by hands?

My mission is to animate like this website https://haerfest.com/collections/tech and I want to animate add to cart button. I was about to use Vuetify but not sure if that's gonna help with GSAP. Or shall I do own vue button and add gsap animation? Advice please 😕

The only thing I can think of is Spirit, but I've never used it, and it's not free.

Vuetify has some nice looking components, but it's hard to change to the style of them, and can be tricky to animate. I think it would be quicker if you made all the components on your own. That way you have full control over the style and ability to animate them.
