Having an image move around on click behind another image

I have a photo that I want to click on 

and when I click on it I was trying to have smoke appear the in the background and as soon as it appear I want it animate as if smoke just appeared 

 

something to note is the smoke is intended to slow 

 

if somebody could please help me out with this I'd really appreciate it - drawing blanks on my own

We're happy to answer any GSAP-specific questions, but we don't have the resources to provide free general consulting or "build-to-order" solutions. 

 

And I don't know how you intend this smoke to look, but if you're going for a realistic looking smoke, then you will probably need to use WebGL.
