You're overwriting the transform. Let GSAP do it.

Yep, @OSUblake beat me to it.

 

It looks like you're not even using GSAP for anything except setting xPercent/yPercent...and the problem is that you're overwriting anything that GSAP did by setting the element.style.transform property directly with your own custom values.
