Rotation with Draggable stops working on first click

Hello! 
I've made a div rotation effect with different cards. 
On my Codepen I wasn't able to replicate the same behavior (it works perfectly) but on my production site the first time the page is loaded , when I click on the wheel the rotation stops (and it's ok) but I can't drag anymore. The rotation works if I move mouse from left to right, but not from top to bottom.
If I reload the drag works again without problems.  What can be the cause? Any ideas? 
I will happy to give more information if needed.

Hm, it's pretty tough to troubleshoot if the CodePen works perfectly. Can you provide a link to where it's not working? I wonder if you're using a stale version of GSAP/Draggable?
