Animated SVG with GSAP

I am trying something new for me. I've created an animated SVG, with a gsap timeline. It looks great on its' own, but when I put it in the HTML page below the fold, the animation completes before I get to it. I was hoping to utilize ScrollTrigger, but this is not working. Any help would be appreciated. 

 

Also, the files are in an AEM environment.

I just pasted your markup into a quick CodePen demo with some spacer divs & ScrollTrigger so you could see it all working as expected.
