Hi any way to implement this loader with a NetConnection stream?

I may be misunderstanding your question, but VideoLoader does exactly that - it creates a NetConnection and a NetStream, wires them to a Video object, and gives you some convenient controls for it all. You can listen for NetStatusEvents directly on a VideoLoader instance if you want. Does that answer your question?
