Looking for a freelancer to help create horizontal scrolling with ScrollTrigger

We are looking for a GSAP and ScrollTrigger expert who can help us create the horizontal scroll effect. I have been trying to create it myself, but the effect does not work on some mobile devices and on Android tablet. 

 

We need someone to look at the current code and change it so it works flawlessly.
