Scroll Liquidstage

I am wondering if its easy, in a liquid site, to have an element resize in X&Y width height and still attaching a scroll bar instance to it?

I don't see why not. Even if you need it to be updated each time the object resizes, you can always use listen for the LiquidStage's RESIZE event to trigger any function you want that'd update the scrollbar's position/size. But again, I really don't see a reason why it wouldn't work to begin with.
