React JS Frontend Coder needed to convert animations to code

Hello,

I'm looking for an expert frontend developer who can take the below animation and convert it  into a ReactJS component. Since the application will be installed as a widget on a user's website, it is imperative that the  code remains clean, small and performs well. 

Please only apply if you feel confident you can replicate the animations provided in the video.
