How to set start point in FromTo function?

Hi All,

 

I am working on a sound animated icon (see attachment) which consists of five single white rectangle and animates from different start points, sizes changed between max and min back and forth. My expectation is to create a repeated animation, let's say from A to B, but starts from point C or D, the expected animation path would be C->B->A->B->A. I tried StartAt property, but seemed it's not working as expected. Do I have to create two separate chain animation to solve this (C->B, B <-> A) ? Any suggestion would be appreciated, thanks !
