Cloudflare isn't GDPR compliant?

Hey there,

A client just told us that we can't link to GSAP files on Cloudflare because Cloudflare isn't GDPR compliant. Does anyone have any helpful information on this topic? I'd hate to take apart my work ,and have to add necessary scripts locally which would add a lot of k weight to my project.
