Need Freelance Help: Animate Web Page

I am looking for some freelance work to animate a web page as part of a sort of dashboard I am creating.

The attached document describes the animations needed, including the main web page where they will take place.

 

The work will begin as soon as the end of this week (i.e. by May 3rd).
