How to add a snowfall effect at the end of timeline.

You could just build a timeline with all the snow, and add it to the other timeline.

But if you need the snow to be in a different state initially, that'll need to be tweaked. There are several ways to accomplish it, but I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for.
