Warning: Please note

This thread was started before GSAP 3 was released. Some information, especially the syntax, may be out of date for GSAP 3. Please see the GSAP 3 migration guide and release notes for more information about how to update the code to GSAP 3's syntax.

It looks like they're using GSAP for the animation, and part of it is using <canvas> (probably for the outline of the shapes in the background). It's beyond the scope of what we can provide here in these forums to try to pull apart that whole site and teach you how to do it, but if you have any GSAP-specific questions we'd be happy to help. You may want to consider hiring a professional developer to help you build that effect. If that's the case, see https://greensock.com/forums/forum/15-jobs-freelance/

Happy tweening!

Have a look at the web-site deconstruction videos from Ihatetomatoes.net. Could provide some insight into how to go about taking apart a web-site to see what is going on under the hood. You'll need to know how to use the browser inspector to see these details, but be forewarned that it can be really intimidating to look at a wall of code.
