Changing vertical scroll to horizontal scroll with ScrollToPlugin

I'm trying to catch the scroll on the window and make the deltaY value scroll the '.card-holder' element.
Does anyone know why this isn't working at the moment?

You can adjust the height (?):

 

.card-holder {
    height: 100vh;
}

Not exactly what I wanted but I seem to have fixed it on my own!
