I'm a bit confused - does this have something to do with BezierPlugin (as you mention in the title)?

And to move an element toward the position of another element, wouldn't that still involve coordinates, meaning that you'd be animating "x" and "y" (position)? Perhaps I'm missing something obvious, but wouldn't you just get the position of the other element (maybe getBoundingClientRect()) and plug those values into the tween of the other element?

Maybe it'd be best if you provided a reduced test case in codepen or something so that we can see what you're trying to do. We'd love to help, I'm just a bit lost right now with discerning what you're wanting.

I'll go off on a limb here and say that what you want is to calculate the coordinates of your target element then, feed that as the last entry of your bezier curve. That way, your animated element will flow along whatever curve you have created and end up at the target element's position.
