Any idea how to make the 4 column hover animation using gsap?

If you can make it, GSAP can animate it. All that site is doing is animating a bunch of coordinates. 

 

A very simplified example.

Again, it's just animating points. Put some elements at those coordinates, add some event listeners, and animate away.
