Sorry about causing any alarms, but I was having serious problems. Updating Windows to version 1803 seems to have fixed the problem in case anybody else is having problems.

Nope, not at all :) 

 

One of my major takeaways here is that ScrollMagic (many times) is not necessary, and that is certainly the case with the CodePen in this thread. :)
