is there a global timeScale()?

I'm just wondering if there's a way to set the default .timeScale() globally for TweenLite or TimelineLite, sort of like the TweenLite.defaultEase? 

I searched around and couldn't find anything, so figured I'd ask just in case.

If you don't want to use TweenMax, you could also look at exportRoot() and control the timeScale that way too. More info:
