Those are bonus plugins for Club GreenSock members. If there was a CDN link, anyone could use them without being a member. You can join Club GreenSock and they'll be available for download from your dashboard, but you'll have to host them yourself. More info:

Hi to everyone as this is my first post!

 

It's a bummer that there is no way of using DrawSvg on cdn's as this means you cant use in some banner aplications where only google and adobe are allowed. 

Offcourse you can always pack it with the banner but often the 4kb is a matter of life and death

Sorry, there isn't much we can do about having the bonus stuff publicly-hosted and freely accessible. We went to great lengths to get the major ad companies to host TweenMax and not count it against file size. Hopefully there are more ads in your future where you aren't running up against such restrictive file size requirements. I know in may ads every kb counts.
