Draggable knob and browser volume

Is there a way to make the Draggable knob link to the (browser) volume?

I'd like to hear if there is.

You can use Draggable to generate any number and apply it to anything. See this demo where Draggable is used to control the progress of a tween that scrolls a div:

If you can provide a small demo that has some audio playing with volume controls perhaps we will have a better suggestion of how to implement it.
